June 2012 – November 1, 2013, Program Manager Defense IT PLM, Oshkosh Corporation, Oshkosh Wisconsin, on contract through EDCi, Appleton, Wisconsin

Manage multiple Information Technology projects supporting the design and manufacturing of military vehicles. The Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV), Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) contract, IT support project includes modification of the Product Lifecycle Management PLM system (SmarTeam), creation of a Simulation Lifecycle Management system with PLM integration. The vehicle is designed in CATIA but the Government contract for JLTV requires three Technical Data Packages (TDPs) to be delivered in Pro/E format. Each TDP required a contract with an outside engineering services provider for conversion of a million plus dollars. The project includes contractor management including measuring progress and invoice tracking and approval.
